Philips Collection Services

Nottingham, UK – 360 Scheduling is delighted to announce that Philips Collection Services, the UK's largest privately owned revenue recovery and enforcement company, is their latest customer to benefit from 360’s advanced scheduling solutions. The solution for Philips will be deployed on 360’s fully scalable cloud platform.

Philips selected 360 to deliver advanced scheduling to its growing team of field agents. "We carried out detailed investigations over an extended period to find a real-time scheduling solution that could handle our complex requirement to schedule in excess of 50,000 jobs every day. 360’s technology came out head and shoulders above other scheduling software providers, plus the company also has a highly skilled team to assist us with deployment", commented Tracy Rivers, Philips Managing Director. "The 360 software allows for enhanced scheduling on our agents system," she added. "It plans routes and visits in a more logical and optimised way, making the task far more streamlined and efficient. It allows us to pinpoint agents' precise location in the field at all times and ensures that we provide full lone worker support in compliance with Health & Safety legislation."

Philips expects the new system to drive up agent efficiency and enable it to offer new services to existing customers as well as enter into new markets.

Laurent Othacéhé , CEO, 360, added: "We are absolutely delighted to have been selected by Philips Collection Services. The company's needs are unique and after extensively researching the market, 360’s cloud solution was considered to be by far the best fit."
