360 Scheduling recently attended and co-sponsored the 2008 Chief Service Officer’s Summit event held in San Francisco. This two-day event run by the Aberdeen Group focused on what it takes to be ‘best-in-class’, drawing in practitioners from a wide variety of service organisations. The programme included a number of high-level presentations stretching from service opportunities in healthcare to workforce optimisation in the utilities sector.

“We were delighted by the quality of this event which was well attended said Laurent Othacéhé, CEO of 360 Scheduling. “What impressed was the knowledge and insight of many of the delegates and the fact that the program, specifically from BT, one our customers, generated genuine interest in our solutions. Of course everyone attending was concerned about the current upheaval in financial markets and its longer term implications but that just focuses attention on operational efficiency which is what our solutions are all about. Our modern, web-based offering can offer significant cost savings and that had resonance with everybody we spoke to at the event,” continued Othacéhé.
