Laurent Othacéhé

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Laurent Othacéhé is an expert in scheduling and optimization systems with extensive experience of innovative software business development. Prior to founding 360 Scheduling, Laurent worked for high-tech software houses PAFEC, Blue 8, and SER as Divisional Director, Sales Director and Managing Director.

In addition to his business leadership record he is recognized as a world authority in the field of resource optimization. Earlier in his career he was responsible for the inception and development of some of the world’s most advanced real-time scheduling systems. Laurent is a graduate of the École Nationale d’Ingénieurs, France.


pat noble - chief pperating officer

Pat Noble

Chief Operating Officer

Pat Noble brings more than 25 years of operational management experience in field service software. Most recently Pat was Managing Director EMEA at Astea Inc. Previously he held various senior management roles at Servasure and Vistec Plc.

Since 1982 he has acquired an unrivalled experience of the field service market and an impressive track record of successful solutions delivery. Pat holds an Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bradford, England.


paul bouchier - chief technology officer

Paul Bouchier

Chief Technology Officer

Paul Bouchier has been responsible for mobile software design and architecture for more than 20 years. Prior to joining 360 Paul was Technical Director at ControlForce Ltd, where he was responsible for the development of a complete mobile data product suite for the field service industry.

Previously he was involved in a wide variety of system design and engineering projects with Oracle, Siemens and Manweb Plc. Paul graduated in Systems Analysis at Bristol University, England.


richard henshell - non-executive chairman

Dr Richard Henshell

Non-Executive Chairman

Dr Richard Henshell is a successful entrepreneur and respected business leader. In 1976 he founded PAFEC, which became the dominant vendor of Intelligent Resource Management software to the Emergency Services in the UK and internationally, with operations in Germany, France, Belgium, USA and distributors into 20 further countries.

Richard obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Nottingham University and has received a number of honours over the years including an OBE. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
